General Insurance
Ms. Parchment is responsible for the strategic direction of the department.
Mrs. Herbert manages the day to day operations of the office.
Mr. Neblett is responsible for the supervision of CSR’s and the renewal function for both commercial and personal lines of business for all classes of general insurance.
Mr. Maloney is the friendly voice who does most of our renewal calls. In addition, he provides quotations for new business and effect renewals for all classes.
Mrs. Lewis is responsible for ensuring that our renewal invitations are dispatched on time. She also prepares quotations and renewals for Motor and Property Insurance policies.
Ms. Roberts is an all-rounder, working on both new business and renewals, as well as being responsible for our meet and greet function.
Ms. Edwards is responsible for establishing and maintaining our partner relationships.
Mr. Thomas is a claims processor, who creates and maintains our follow-up functions and works closely with both customers and providers to ensure excellent general claims service. He also assists with Lloyd’s surveys.
Medical Insurance
Mr. Ward is responsible for the management of the medical department and drives the sales function of our products and services.
Ms. Watkins is responsible for the administration of our claims. She also ensures excellence in the delivery of medical claims service to our clients and partners and coordinates treatment options for major medical and urgent cases, both locally and internationally.
Ms. Francis is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of medical claims. She is also responsible for customer queries on claim related matters.
Mrs. Salmon is responsible for effecting and maintaining Group Life & Health Insurance policies and monthly billings. She is also responsible for customer queries on policy related matters.
Ms. Jones is responsible for effecting and maintaining Individual Health Insurance policies and monthly billings. She is also responsible for customer queries on policy related matters. She is fluent in Mandarin.
Ms. Williams is responsible for the accurate and timely settlement of medical claims. She also works closely with both customers and providers to ensure excellent medical claims service and addressing their queries and concerns.
Ms. Shaw is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of medical claims. She is also responsible for customer queries on claim related matters.
